BRIDAL TRIALS
All trials are held in my salon and are not offered as a mobile service. Trials are held on weekdays only between 9am to 4pm. Weekends may be available upon special request and pending availability. Trials require a deposit to book, and are to be paid in full at the end of your appointment not as part of your wedding invoice.

BOOKINGS
To secure your wedding date with us, a 20% deposit is due to secure. If no deposit is paid we will not hold your wedding date. All booking deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable regardless of any reason. The booking fee is to cover administration and loss of other bookings caused by allocation your booking. This fee is deducted from your final payment amount. Your wedding invoice is split in to 2 payments. One made at the time of booking, and the other made minimum 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Payment methods include direct deposit into our account, in one single transaction. We do not offer split payments or installments.  In the unlikely event that Caitlin is unable to attend the booking due to sickness, injury, personal emergency or any other circumstance beyond her control, Caitlin will endeavour to find a replacement. However, finding a replacement is not guaranteed, the client will receive a refund of the money paid. 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations of general appointments requires 48 hours notice. For our in salon general appointments, a 24 hour confirmation message will be sent to you. Please respond to this message as no response will result in automatic cancellation of your appointment and loss of deposit without refund.  Appointments can be rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment if needed. After a cancellation, a deposit will be required to book any future appointments with us. For wedding bookings ,If you choose to cancel your booking, your booking fee and any money paid will be forfeited and no refunds are to be given. For the cancellation of any makeup services or guests within 14 days prior to the wedding, no refunds will be given. 

PARKING & SERVICE LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
A safe work area must be provided for us on the day at your chosen location. We ask all smoking and vaping to be clear of our work area due to health and safety concerns. Parking must be provided for us on site at the location. All hotels must have a space available onsite for parking and the fee will be added to the client, and not to be paid by Glammed Up. 

LIABILITY & SATISFACTION
Services will be completed to each client's satisfaction on the day. If the client is unhappy with an element of the service, they must raise their concern at the time of the service and it will be rectified. By finalising your booking, the client removes Caitlin from any personal responsibility and liability to any damages, clients or any member of the booking including allergic reactions.
